The consistency isn't quite as smooth either. But for me, the nutritional difference make up for that!

There are multiple ways I use it. My favorite is to reconstitute it with a little bit of water and add a mashed up banana. The banana gives it a little bit of sweetness that it doesn't have like regular peanut butter. My RD reconstitutes hers with a little bit of grape juice to add the sweetness. I also add it to smoothies, reconstitute it and eat it with a spoon (probably shouldn't admit that) and have even added it to oatmeal. The Bell Plantation website has a lot of recipes that I wouldn't mind trying. I've just been too stingy with my stash when I've bought the small jars! I LOVE peanut butter...Could you please share more? I LOVE peanut butter - a lifetime love of PB. I now have issues with the sugar in PB and the separation of the oil and butter can turn any stomach.

What do you do with PB2? Do you mix it into PB or add it to a smoothie? Cook with it? I think you have another blog post on this :).AJ @ trulylifeinwords -https://www.blogger.com/profile/13265352629815449651noreply@blogger.com
