I was glancing through some old pictures and ran across some from this time last year. Oh my! What a difference a year makes! I am so thankful that God gave me the courage to pursue gastric bypass surgery!

Through some blog clicking I came across your blog today. What a great testimony you have; both post-op and in your relationship with Jesus. I love it!
Keep up the great work and congrats on a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thank you so much, Leah! I definitely want to give credit where credit is due and this whole thing is a result of the courage and strength Jesus has given me. HE alone deserves the honor and praise!
You look amazing! What a inspiration!! You look younger, more life. I have my consultation on Dec 6th and I honestly cannot wait for a new start. I have been "lurking" for a while and honestly, you're a inspiration :)
Thanks for the kind words and congratulations on your consultation!! I'm glad you're inspired. Part of the reason I started this blog was so that people could see what this journey looks like for me...the good, the bad...and the ugly...and if that's inspiring, praise God!
I think another reason I started this blog was because I want people to know that Gastric Bypass isn't a taboo weight loss gimmick. It truly is a tool that some choose to use. For me, this tool has definitely been a gift from God.
Good luck in your journey and keep me posted how things go!
